Chickpea coronation chicken.. it's a must try :)
Hey, where are you going? .. just try it, you will be very surprised!
1 400g tin chickpeas
1 handful fresh parsley
2 tbsp medium or mild curry powder
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp mango chutney (refined sugar free if you can)
juice of 1 lime
Place all the ingredients into the food processor and whiz away till combined.
Season to taste.
You can have this with salad, spread on toast, in a jacket potato, with sweet potato chips, or as a dip... What a versatile dish!
